Experience Studios is proud to have led the concept and experiential design strategy for the Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña Museum Experience.
Conceived as a new cultural landmark for La Coruña and Galicia, the project reimagines the traditional club museum as a hybrid destination, combining an interactive exhibition with a match-day hospitality environment. The ambition was to celebrate the club’s legacy while projecting its identity into the future.
Our team shaped the foundational concept brief and overall design strategy, working with historians, fans and stakeholders to examine the club’s heritage, civic role and future ambitions. From this foundation, we developed the visitor journey and spatial narrative, defining how stories unfold and how fans connect across generations.
We developed the curatorial framework, designing bespoke casework, lighting, technology touchpoints, and an immersive soundscape as part of a unified experiential language. In collaboration with Populous’ interior design team, we established a considered transition between exhibition and hospitality modes, allowing the space to transform on match days while retaining narrative clarity. We also supported the coordination of AV equipment and build elements with local integrators and builders.
It has been a pleasure to work with RC Deportivo on their Museum & Tour, shaping a culturally grounded experience that strengthens local pride and offers fans a meaningful journey through the club’s past, present and future.
