Experience Studios is a design and creative team, and we are as unique as every one of our unique team members. We approach each project with the aim of understanding the experience that our client envisions and working to achieve this through creative and technical processes.
We believe that our strength is based on everyone’s unique contribution, and we strive to fit everyone into their best place in the team whilst actively growing and developing individuals as they explore their talents and interests.
We love working with people who have a shared passion for music, arts, culture, sports, entertainment, and gaming. Our studio is in London, but we work flexibly using remote capabilities where it makes sense.
Within the studio you will have the opportunity to evaluate design in our production environment as well as use the facility for self-initiated technical/creative/arts projects.

Choose your adventure
You will have experimented with a range of tools and workflows to create your own style of 3D abstract and realistic animated artwork. You will have a lively imagination and desire to create mesmerising content. You will be working with large-scale experiential live visual canvasses and content for project video compositions.

You will have an understanding of video and audio technology for architectural environments and/or event productions. You will develop your professional skills and learn while supporting Senior AV designers in the team, designing, drawing, specifying and testing AV systems. You will have opportunity to innovate and get hands on!

You will be a creative and efficient video producer with confidence editing in Adobe Premier and producing innovative motion graphics with Adobe After Affects. You will be able to facilitate and run small footage shoots. You’ll be involved in content production for live visuals, project and marketing videos, working with our 3D Visual Artists and Senior Designers.

We are seeking an experienced Acoustic Engineer (with demonstrable relevant experience) to carry Acoustic design on some of the world’s best sports and entertainment projects.
Requirements & roles:
- Previous relevant experience of building acoustics in entertainment & sports venues is strongly desirable
- Be a Member of the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA)
- A relevant degree is required for this role
- Excellent communication skills for client and Design Team communications
- The ability to extract, understand and capture the Acoustic Design Brief through client and stakeholder engagement
- Building Acoustics – assessment of venue noise breakout and sound insulation design
- Room Acoustics – assessment and optimisation of room acoustics (use of ODEON), design and optimisation
- Building Services Noise – setting internal and external NR requirements and assessing impacts of proposed building services
- Knowledge of international norms and British Standards relevant to Acoustics and associated disciplines
- Environmental Noise – mapping, assessment for external noise impact, local criterial, licensing and mitigation (use of Soundplan)
- Working as part of a wider design team
- Acoustic design
- Production of drawings (Revit, CAD) and reports to capture the design requirements
- Coordination with the Design Team, notably the Architect and Engineer, to ensure the Acoustic design is captured throughout packages
- Manage environmental noise surveys as required
- Ability to proactively deliver a full scope of services
- Time management and workload planning skills to ensure the scope is delivered to high quality and on time
Additional duties depending on experience:
- Leading large scale international projects on behalf of Experience Studios’ scope items
- Liaising with the client and Design Team
- Reporting to the Directors
- Work winning to build your own client base
- Leading new internal research projects & production of white papers on Experience Studios specific areas of focus
We are seeking an experienced Audiovisual Engineer (with demonstrable relevant experience) to carry Audiovisual design on some of the world’s best sports and entertainment projects.
Requirements & roles:
- Previous relevant experience of Audiovisual Design for entertainment & sports venues is strongly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for client and Design Team communications
- The ability to extract, understand and capture the Audiovisual Design Brief through client and stakeholder engagement
- Early assessment / input to AV budgets, functionality, optioneering and business case analysis
- Ability to proactively deliver a full scope of services
- Time management and workload planning skills to ensure the scope is delivered to high quality and on time
- Audio Systems Design – professional audio systems, PAVA systems, mapping and prediction using EASE and manufacturer specific software
- Video Systems Design – design of large format displays, IPTV, external connectivity
- AV Infrastructure design – determine and coordinate requirements for AV systems including data, power, containment requirements
- Knowledge of broadcast systems is desirable
- Performance / specialist AV systems design – knowledge of specialist displays, interactive AV, immersive audio, projection mapping and the like are strongly desirable
- Production of detailed design drawings and system schematics (with junior BIM assistance on larger drawing packages)
- Preparation of design packages for tender
- Analysis of Tender Returns, commenting and reviewing
- Monitoring the AV installation during construction
- Commissioning, testing and optimisation of AV systems with the Integrator
- Knowledge of operation and optimisation of AV systems is desirable
